How To's

1. Clean the location that needs to be installed and fixed
2. Tear off the release paper of the 3M adhesive on the clip and stick it in to a suitable position
3. Snap the neon tube into the fixing card
4. According to the modeling needs, tear off the release paper of the controller and stick the controller in a suitable position
5. Confirm the correct working parameters, connect the power supply/wall plug, controller and neon strip

1. Download the "SMART LIFE" App from the iOS App Store or Google Play (Blue icon with White House)
2. Power on the LED Strip and enter the SMART LIFE App, Please make sure your mobile is connected to the desired WIFI Network.
3. Once LED Strip is turned on for the first time the lights will flash RED for 15-30 seconds. This will mean that your LED Lights are ready to pair.
4. Open the SMART LIFE App, Automatically the app will recognise the new device and prompt you to "Add" to your mobile.
5. On the app follow the instructions on the SMART LIFE App.
6. Once Setup via the App you will be able to continuously use via app while joined on the WIFI Network

TROUBLESHOOTING

If App is not detecting the new lights, please follow theses solutions below:

1. After powering on the strip, Turn on and off 3 times (or long press the switch button for over 5 seconds). The strip will go into a status of quick flashing. Find the "+" in the SMART LIFE App to add devices. If your mobile has bluetooth already on before connection the LED Strip, then there is no need to turn on bluetooth again. The App will connect to the LED Strip Automatically. If your mobile didn't turn on bluetooth before connection the LED Strip, The APP will pop up an interface with tips to ask you to turn of bluetooth. After that, the SMART LIFE App will pop up tips with info of the LED Strips, then choose "Go To Add". From there the LED Lights will then proceed with normal setting up steps via App.
   
   
2. The LED Strip will flash after powered on, tap the button of "Add All Devices" on the SMART LIFE App. Then you will be greeted to a screen and press "Add Manually" and choose "Lighting" then the corresponding "Strip Lights (BLE+Wi-Fi)". From there you will be presented with the correct setting up process.
   
   
3. When the LED Strip does not blink red after powered on. Please press the function button for over 5 seconds, then the light will turn to a quick flash. Enter the SMART LIFE App and proceed with the initial setup.

1. Clean the area where you would like to install the lights in your house hold with a clean fabric rag and or towel.
2. You will be given a wall installation kit which will have adhesives and wall brackets.
3. Tear off the adhesive from the kit and apply to the back of a wall bracket.
4. Now Tear off the other side of the adhesive by the blue tab and place on wall or furniture of desired location.
5. Once you have applied all brackets in their desired locations snap and click the LED Strip into the metal bracket.

Recommendations

1. When placing brackets on to a surface apply 10-20 seconds of force to let it set in place.
2. To get a straight line, place brackets around 30 Centimeters (cm) apart from each other
3. To get a 90 Degree angle, place brackets around 5-10 Centimeters (cm) apart from each other

Once LED Lights have been setup on the SMART LIFE App and would like to enable a SMART Assistant, Please follow instructions below:

Google Assistant

1. On the SMART LIFE App, go to "Me" Section of the App.
2. You will see Third Party Services, click on Google Assistant
3. It will take you to the Google Home App then back to the SMART LIFE App.
4. You will be presented a screen "Link your "Smart Life" account with "Google Assistant"", from there click "Agree and Link"

Amazon Alexa

1. On the SMART LIFE App, go to "Me" Section of the App.
2. You will see Third Party Services, click on Alexa
3. It will take you to the Google Home App then back to the SMART LIFE App.
4. You will be presented a screen "Link your "Smart Life" account with "Alexa"", from there click "Agree and Link"
